SHIPPING POLICY

Krishelle offers worldwide shipping with a processing and shipping time of 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer during holidays and promotional periods. Free shipping is available for orders totaling $100.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Within the United States: 5-15 business days

  • Outside of the United States: 5-25 business days

Shipping costs are determined by our carriers based on order weight, volume, location, and item value. International shipping costs do not include additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges that may be imposed upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and item photos. After 30 days, we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund for items showing wear and tear. Please allow 2-3 business days for our customer service representatives to review your email.

For lost, stolen, or returned packages, Krishelle is not responsible if the package was delivered to the provided shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for returned packages due to address errors. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order as we cannot modify it once the order has been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please be aware that all sales are considered final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products due to health and hygiene reasons.
